all things are new
i hereby dedicate this blog site into existence, with this, my first real entry. and fittingly, i don't have too much to share. but i am here, and i'm blogging my little heart out, because i want there to be something for you to read when you get here.
i like the snazzy layout. and i like how easy it is to post stuff. and somehow, being included in the larger community of blogger authors, i sense that more people might stumble upon this site than anyone ever did at the old site.
speaking of which, if you want to delve deep into the past (since there isn't much to read here at the moment), then by all means go to the archives. there you will find a bunch of interesting entries. many of them were posted during trips to hungary and romania, so if you want to see what that's like, it's all there. at least until they figure out that i've migrated to blogger and pull the site off the internet.

right now it's cold. and by cold i mean sticking around zero for weeks. at the moment, it says -8. i am really ready for spring.
